WOMEN MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Join us as we make a difference in our families, church, community and world through prayer and action.

WHO ARE WE?

The St. Dominic/St Francis Council of Catholic Women works hard to represent all Catholic women of both parishes, but sometimes we forget to tell you exactly what it is that we do. Here are a few of our recent activities.

  • Sponsored two Children’s Clothing and Toy Resales
  • Sponsored a Toy Resale
  • Donations made to St. Francis Parish
  • Donations made to St. Dominic Parish
  • Hosted receptions at St. Francis
  • Staffed the CCW Welcome Table at St. Francis
  • Placed an ad in the Illinois Citizens for Life Program Book, which is part of their biggest fundraiser of the year
  • Collected pocket folders for the Will County Back to School Fair
  • Participated in "Undie Sunday"
  • Provided breakfast and socialized with Greenleaf residents

It looks like we’ve been busy! Could we use some help? Yes! You can be a part of it all. Join us at our next meeting and find out what’s next and how you can help.

DON'T MISS THIS WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY. . .

  • meet new friends
  • enjoy great programs and events
  • refreshments
  • a great evening out, return home refreshed and renewed
  • prayer is an integral part of our evenings together

Time is a very valuable and limited resource for most women these days, but an evening spent with the Council of Catholic Women will not disappoint you.
